Renal Imaging Technology Development:
The objective of the Renal Imaging Technology Development group is to develop and validate novel imaging tools that provide an assessment of the expression and status of cellular and molecular targets that are suitable for patient care.
This will be accomplished by:
- Working with imaging investigators to identify novel renal imaging tools and methods to be developed.
- Identifying and helping assemble the appropriate teams of imaging investigators required to develop the desired imaging technologies.
- Facilitating the acquisition and utilization of resources needed for innovative imaging technology development.
- Overseeing the development and validation of imaging technologies and their implementation for the quantitative assessment of renal disease.
Dr. Hutchins serves as the leader of the Renal Imaging Technology Development group.
